Welcome to RIZZ Hub. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RIZZ Hub mobile application and its related features (together, the "Services"). References to "we", "us" and "our" mean the developer operating RIZZ Hub.

By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the Services. Our Privacy Policy separately explains how personal information is collected, used and protected. Acceptance of these Terms does not replace consent where a separate privacy permission is required.

1. Who Can Use RIZZ Hub

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. If the age of majority where you live is higher than 18, you must meet that higher age requirement.

RIZZ Hub is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with applicable law and for maintaining the security of the device through which you access the Services.

2. What the App Provides

RIZZ Hub offers AI-powered assistance for flirting, messaging and dating-related conversations. Depending on the features available, you may use it to generate conversation starters, explore wording, request reply suggestions or receive general communication guidance.

The Services provide suggestions based on the information you submit. They do not establish what another person thinks, feels or intends. RIZZ Hub does not promise a reply, a date, a match, a relationship or any other personal outcome.

Some features may require an internet connection, an up-to-date version of the App, device permissions or a paid purchase. Any usage limits or purchase requirements will be described in the relevant feature or offer.

3. Understanding AI-Generated Responses

AI responses are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, offensive or unsuitable for your circumstances. A response may sound convincing without being correct or appropriate. Similar responses may be generated for different users.

You should review each suggestion before using, sending or sharing it. You decide what to communicate and remain responsible for your own actions, including respecting another person's boundaries, consent and requests to stop communicating.

RIZZ Hub does not provide professional psychological, therapeutic, medical, legal or personal safety advice. It is not an emergency service and should not be relied on to assess whether another person or situation is safe.

We do not endorse every generated response or guarantee its accuracy, usefulness or suitability. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by reliance on inaccurate or inappropriate AI content. These limitations are subject to Section 11 and do not remove any responsibility or consumer protection that cannot lawfully be excluded.

4. Content You Submit

You retain any rights you have in the prompts, text and other materials you submit. You must have the necessary rights or other lawful basis to provide that content for processing through the Services.

If a submission includes information about another person, include only what is necessary and remove identifying details where possible. Do not provide passwords, payment card details, identity documents, confidential material or unnecessary sensitive information. Do not submit intimate content without the consent and legal permissions required from everyone involved.

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive permission to process your submissions and allow service providers to process them on our behalf as necessary to fulfil your requests, operate and secure the Services, handle reports and meet legal obligations. This permission does not transfer ownership of your submissions. Personal information remains subject to our Privacy Policy; this clause does not authorize additional data uses beyond that Policy.

We do not claim ownership of third-party material included in your submissions. You may use generated suggestions for your personal purposes, subject to these Terms and the rights of others. We cannot guarantee that an output is unique, free of third-party rights or eligible for copyright protection.

5. Respectful and Lawful Use

You must not use RIZZ Hub to:

Harass, stalk, threaten, blackmail, exploit or impersonate anyone.

Pressure someone after they have declined contact, or generate content intended to bypass another person's consent or boundaries.

Create or distribute unlawful, hateful, discriminatory or sexually exploitative material, including any sexual content involving minors.

Facilitate fraud, deceptive identity claims, scams or other unlawful conduct.

Disclose private information without authorization or infringe privacy, intellectual property or other rights.

Send unsolicited bulk messages or misuse generated content for spam.

Circumvent payment restrictions, usage limits, security measures or access controls.

Introduce malicious software, interfere with the Services, scrape the Services at scale or gain unauthorized access to systems or data.

Copy, resell or commercially exploit the App without permission, or reverse engineer it except where applicable law expressly permits this.

You must also follow the rules of any third-party messaging, dating or social platform on which you use a suggestion.

6. Reporting Responses and Misuse

If you encounter an inappropriate, harmful or offensive AI response, you can report it to aidatingsolutions@yahoo.com or use an in-app reporting option where available. The same channels can be used to report misuse or concerns about information submitted to the Services.

Describe the issue and include only the context reasonably needed to investigate. Avoid sending unrelated private information. Reports and associated content may be reviewed as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may investigate, improve safeguards, restrict problematic functionality or take action against misuse. We cannot guarantee that every harmful output will be prevented or detected. Reporting an issue does not affect your right to seek any remedy available under law.

7. Paid Features, Renewals and Cancellation

Prices and purchases

Some Services may require a subscription or another in-app purchase. Before you pay, the offer and store checkout will show the applicable price, billing period, included benefits and any trial or promotional terms. A paid plan does not include unlimited access unless the offer expressly says so.

Purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play are processed under the relevant store's payment terms. You are responsible for reviewing the purchase details before confirming a transaction.

Recurring subscriptions and offers

Unless explicitly described as non-renewing, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Billing occurs under the schedule and conditions shown at checkout. Cancel before the store's applicable renewal deadline to avoid the next charge.

If offered, a free trial or introductory price may convert to the disclosed standard paid plan unless canceled within the required period. Trial eligibility, duration and subsequent charges are governed by the offer shown before purchase.

Managing your subscription

Manage or cancel an Apple subscription through your Apple account's subscription settings. Manage or cancel a Google Play subscription through Google Play's subscription settings.

Uninstalling RIZZ Hub, deleting App data, requesting deletion or simply stopping use does not cancel a store-managed subscription. After cancellation, access generally continues for the remainder of the paid period, subject to applicable store rules. A trial may end earlier under the offer's conditions.

Refunds and statutory remedies

For Apple purchases, use Apple's refund request procedure. For Google Play purchases, use Google's refund procedure or contact us where appropriate. Eligibility depends on the applicable store rules and consumer protection law. Cancellation alone does not guarantee a refund for a previous billing period.

Nothing in these Terms removes your statutory rights concerning faulty services, withdrawal, refunds or other remedies. If immediate delivery of digital content requires separate consent or an acknowledgment affecting a withdrawal right, that must be obtained where required; agreeing to these Terms alone does not waive that right.

Price changes and restoring purchases

Price changes will follow applicable law and store requirements, including notice and consent where required. You can cancel before a new price takes effect.

Eligible purchases may be restored through the available restoration function using the store account associated with the purchase. Purchases do not automatically transfer between Apple and Google platforms. Restoring a purchase does not necessarily restore deleted content or preferences.

8. App Ownership and Your License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use RIZZ Hub for personal purposes on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the relevant app store usage rules.

The software, design, branding and other original App materials belong to us or our licensors. Except as permitted by law or expressly authorized, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify or sell those materials. This does not give us ownership of your submissions.

9. Privacy and External Services

Our Privacy Policy governs our handling of personal information, including AI processing, service providers, retention and privacy requests. You can exercise the choices described there through available controls or by contacting us.

Third-party websites, stores and services have their own terms and privacy practices. RIZZ Hub is not endorsed by a dating, messaging or social media platform merely because you use an AI suggestion there. External links do not constitute an endorsement.

Third-party service changes or interruptions may affect App functionality. This does not remove our obligations regarding services you have purchased or processing carried out on our behalf.

10. Updates, Restrictions and Ending Use

We may update RIZZ Hub to improve features, address technical issues or meet legal and security requirements. The Services may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, errors or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If we materially reduce or discontinue a paid service, we will provide the notice and remedies required by law. Changes will not remove your mandatory rights relating to a purchase.

We may proportionately restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address serious or repeated breaches of these Terms, fraud, security risks or unlawful conduct. Where appropriate and lawful, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. You may contact us if you believe a restriction was imposed in error.

You may stop using RIZZ Hub at any time. Any subscription must also be managed through the relevant store. If access ends, any applicable refund or consumer rights remain available, and information is handled under the Privacy Policy's retention and deletion provisions.

11. Warranties and Responsibility

We aim to provide useful and functioning Services, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free outputs or particular social or relationship results. To the extent permitted by law, the Services are supplied on an "as available" basis, and implied warranties are excluded only where legally permitted.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from use of the Services. You remain responsible for reviewing suggestions and deciding how to communicate with others.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit.

Your mandatory consumer rights and our privacy and data protection obligations remain unaffected. If a limitation is not permitted where you live, it does not apply to you to that extent.

12. Questions, Complaints and Disputes

Contact aidatingsolutions@yahoo.com if you have a complaint so we can try to resolve it. Contacting us first is not a condition of exercising a legal right.

Applicable law and the courts or consumer dispute bodies with jurisdiction are determined under the relevant legal rules. You retain mandatory protections and any right to bring a claim in your country of residence. These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive collective proceedings where available under law.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms to reflect changes in the Services or legal requirements. We will update the date above and provide appropriate notice of material changes before they take effect, except where an urgent legal or security reason requires a shorter period.

Changes apply prospectively. We will request express agreement where required by law. Otherwise, continued use after the notified effective date indicates acceptance to the extent legally permitted. If you disagree, stop using the Services and cancel any recurring subscription through the relevant store. Rights relating to existing purchases remain protected by applicable law.

14. Additional Provisions

If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent legally possible. A delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it.

Applicable app store license terms also apply to your download and use of the App. For an Apple download, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies where applicable. These Terms govern our Services consistently with the relevant software license and mandatory law.
